Rankings and Membership of the Gol'kosh

Gol'kosh Committed (Grots)
-Grots who seek to join the Gol'kosh must bear this rank. As grots are not yet full members of the Blacktooth Grin, they cannot be considered full members of the Gol'kosh either. In order to obtain this rank, a grot who is interested in the Gol'kosh must attend a Gol'kosh Meeting and request to join.
*Those who are Gol'kosh Committed train underneath the other members of the Gol'kosh and carry out any requests and/or orders of the Gol'kosh.
**A maximum of two Gol'kosh Committed grots who display true ambition and initiative within the Gol'kosh can be hand-picked by the Ur'shok to serve as his bodyguards. These two devout grots are seen as respectable and honorable individuals in the eyes of the Ur'shok. These two grots are also usually favored the most out of all grots by the Ur'shok.

Guardian (Grunts)
-The rank of Guardian is considered as a full member of the Gol'kosh. In order to reach the rank of Guardian, one must achieve the rank of Grunt within the Blacktooth Grin first. Any grots who are Gol'kosh Committed are immediately inducted as full members of the Gol'kosh and are given the rank of Guardian. Grunts who are not Gol'kosh Committed must seek out the Ur'shok or the Boss Grunt in order to request admission into the Gol'kosh.
*A Guardian's primary duties are to attend Gol'kosh Hunts, raid enemy territory, guard the Grin's outposts and bases, assist in the training of those who are Gol'kosh Committed, and to carry out missions/orders from the Ur'shok.

Protector (Raiders and Sythegars)
-Those who hold the rank of Protector are overseers of the Gol'kosh. Along with the Boss Grunt, the Protectors may serve as a council when the Ur'shok is in need of any sort of assistance. Protectors are in charge of training the Gol'kosh Committed and the Guardians. Once a Guardian is promoted from the rank of Grunt to the rank of Raider or Sythegar within the Blacktooth Grin, he/she is promoted to the rank of Protector within the Gol'kosh.
*A Protector must train Gol'kosh Committed and Guardians, serve as a council for the Ur'shok when needed, and are permitted to lead Gol'kosh Hunts/Meetings only when both the Ur'shok and the Boss Grunt are absent.

Veteran (Champions)
-Respected members of the Blacktooth Grin that dispersed for extended periods of time and were members of the Gol'kosh when they left return as Veterans of the Gol'kosh. These honored members of the Gol'kosh deserve every member's utmost respect.

Boss Grunt (Any rank in the Grin)
-Chosen individuals who represent everything the Blacktooth Grin stands for. After proving themselves amongst all others in the eyes of the Ur'shok, a member of the Gol'kosh can be promoted to a Boss Grunt. A Boss Grunt is the right-hand man/woman of the Ur'shok and is the second-in-command of the Gol'kosh.
*A Boss Grunt is responsible for setting an example of a perfect Gol'kosh member, training grots (even ones outside the Gol'kosh), leading Gol'kosh Meetings and Hunts in the absence of the Ur'shok, and also showing leadership by taking charge of the Gol'kosh during any short absences of the Ur'shok. Boss Grunts may also induct new members to the Gol'kosh in the absence of the Ur'shok.

Ur'shok (Leader of the Gol'kosh)
-The Ur'shok is chosen by the current Chieftain of the Blacktooth Grin to lead the Gol'kosh. As one of the most war-hungry individuals of the Grin, the Ur'shok assumes complete control over the Clan Guards. While possessing a constant urge for bloodshed, the Ur'shok must not neglect the primary purpose of the Gol'kosh- safety of the Blacktooth Grin. He must act always with the safety of the Grin in mind. He possesses a mind that is both bloodthirsty and cautious. The Ur'shok is the prime defender of the Blacktooth Grin.
*The Ur'shok is in charge of scheduling and leading Gol'kosh Meetings and Hunts, inducting new members to the Gol'kosh, attracting new members to the Gol'kosh, create missions and assignments for the members of the Gol'kosh to undertake, and be an officer of the Grin.
